Client Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role includes answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing check-in and check-out, and helping ensure the daily flow of the practice runs smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with others, communicates clearly and professionally, and is passionate about helping people and their pets. As the face and voice of our practice, this individual should be organized, solution-oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our clinic.

Veterinary Assistant (VA)

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Veterinary Assistant to support our veterinarians and technicians in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include assisting with exams and procedures, patient restraint, sample collection, preparing diagnostic testing, filling prescriptions, caring for hospitalized patients, and helping maintain a clean and organized clinic environment. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to help both people and their animals, works well in a collaborative team setting, and demonstrates attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn and respond positively to instruction. This role is an important part of creating a supportive, efficient, and compassionate experience for both our patients and clients.

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician to play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary team. Responsibilities include assisting with patient exams and medical procedures, monitoring hospitalized patients, supporting anesthetic procedures, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will help set the standard for quality care through strong technical skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a collaborative, team-centered approach.
